With approximately 1,500 attendees from Arizona public defenders, contract lawyers, and members of the private bar, this year’s conference organizers can celebrate another outstanding event.  In addition to providing five days of educational opportunities for attorneys and staff, the conference offered defenders and staff many opportunities to meet and share experiences with colleagues from across the state and with local and national noteworthy presenters, including Dean Strang, attorney for convicted killer Steven Avery and star of the Netflix true-crime docuseries ‘Making a Murderer.’

Leaves everyone wondering . . .  How does one improve on that?
